Zodiac Casino Review

Going west anyone? This old west-themed mid-sized casino, licensed and regulated in North America, is perfect for those drawn to the graphical theme. Beyond that, the offerings here are no better than most other mid-sized casinos and, in many ways, not as good. For example, their customer service department seems to be hiding out behind some old sagebrush. The proprietary software here is surprisingly decent, but there are no real incentives (read bonuses and promotions) that make returning to the Zodiac particicularly compelling.

Bonuses & Promotions

After claiming your 100% 1 st deposit bonus up to $125, the only real promotions you’ll find at Zodiac Online Casino, barring a $25 referral bonus, relate directly to their comp program. The site hosts an “opt-out” newsletter that occasionally offers additional promotions.

Software & Graphics

Zodiac Casino  uses the same “proprietary” software as Mount Olympus and Captain Morgan’s Casinos (also reviewed on our website), and you can see the similarities, except instead of wine goblets and gladiator helmets there are revolvers and cowboy hats; instead of marble-edged tables, they’re bordered in wood. The playability is remarkably smooth and the interface, while not incredibly intuitive or customizable, is clean and simple to use.

Games

You’ll find about 45 games here at the Zodiac, including the basics like Blackjack, Craps, Baccarat, and Roulette. There are a bunch of video poker variants, including more than a few multi-line machines. And speaking of machines, choose from more than a dozen slot machines, including 2 BingoRamas. You can play Keno, Scratch Cards, and virtual horse-racing here too. There are, however, no progressive jackpots, live dealer games, multiplayer tables, or private rooms.

Payouts, Cashouts & Security

FirePay is Zodiac Casion’s preferred payment method, but they also accept credit cards, NETeller, and direct bank transactions. All credit cards transactions are processed through S.I.A. Limited in Gibraltar, Zodiac ‘s e-cash subsidiary. Withdrawal requests are processed within 4-7 business days – certainly not the fastest (or second or third or fourth fastest) you’ll find. Player security is protected with their use of 128-bit SSL digital encryption technology.

Customer Support

Here’s how nil customer support is in the old west of the Zodiac – there’s not even an FAQ page! What website – casino or otherwise – doesn’t have an FAQ? Well, you could try calling them on one of their 2 phone numbers or send their single email address an inquiry, but I wouldn’t hold your breath.
